alpha Racing Camshaft Set Stage 4.3 BMW S1000 RR (2015-, 2017-), Camshaft set alpha Racing stage 4.3, BMW S1000RR, IN 11,5 mm, 256° / EX 9.6 mm, 248°, vibrofinished, including 8 inlet valve spring collars 1.3 mm (only if tolerances require to fit them).

The new alpha Racing camshaft kit "Stage 4.3" is the further development of the already very successful "Stage 4.2" kit. As a result of extensive tests and dyno runs, the total-open valve time (256° at 1mm lift) and valve lift remain unaffected, but by optimizing the intake and exhaust camshaft’s ramp-profile, even more power could be generated over the entire power range. These modifications allow better adjustment possibilities of the valve timing and as a positive side effect, by reducing the valve acceleration and lowering valve train vibration and the effects.

For fitting these cams it is required to use special valve springs (Part Number: 1134A100D00-01). Includes (1) alpha Racing intake camshaft, (1) alpha Racing exhaust camshaft, and (8) alpha racing low profile spring pockets 1.0mm. Attention: According to a 0.2mm reduced cam lobe base circle radius it is recommended to use the alpha Racing 0.2mm thicker shims available in this SHOP.
